Mentor Benefits

Following successful conclusion, mentors will transition to the right level of involvement. For example:
  • Business owners may set up a LLC and negotiate a consulting agreement with the mentee.
  • Mentors may sit on the Board of Directors of the new mentee’s business to have ongoing oversight.
  • Or, mentors may opt to receive a portion of shares of the mentee’s business.
